The Surgery is open from 0800 to 1830 Monday to Friday

For Urgent morning appointment requests please ring between 0800 to 1000 & for urgent afternoon appointments from 1200

For all Routine appointment and other requests including forms, tests etc are from 1000 onwards

Phones are live from 0800-1000 each weekday morning for urgent morning cases only & 1200 for urgent afternoon appointments & from 1000 for routine issues,  the system will offer you the following options:

Option 1 - General Appointments - for booking, requesting and cancelling GP or Nurse appointments

Option 2 - Test Results - available from 1000 each day

Option 3 - Medical Secretary - for hospital and other outpatient department referrals and information - please Note on some days the Medical Secretary line (option 3) will not be attended until 1100.  For those with urgent messages for the Medical Secretary, if you leave a voicemail message, these are checked 4 times per day and you will receive a call back or other response - thank you.

From 1830 to 0800 Monday to Friday and weekends the phone message will advise all patients to call the "111 Service" for urgent care matters and to only attend Accident & Emergency (A&E) for genuine accidents and emergency health matters.

Please note:

*   Extended access evening appointments available from 1830 on appropriate days - please ask the care navigator/receptionist 

** The Surgery closes on 1st Tuesday afternoon of each month from 1300 until 0800 Wednesday for NHS ICB Accredited Staff Training and Learning
