Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations are an efficient method of dealing with a large range of queries and advice for patients. However, unless in an emergency, doctors and nurses are not normally interrupted during a consultation with another patient. If you wish to speak to a specific doctor or nurse, please give receptionist as much information as possible. The relevant doctor or nurse will endeavour to call you back, normally at the end of a surgery or before the start of a subsequent one.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
