  • DR SHEETAL BAILOOR

    MBBS London (2001), MRCP, MRCGP (Distinction), DRCOG, DFSRH

    Dr Bailoor trained at Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Schools of Medicine and is the Senior Partner at the GP Practice. Dr Bailoor offers the usual range of general medical services including family planning services, intrauterine contraceptive device insertions, gynaecology and child health surveillance.

  • DR SANTANA CHATTERJEE

    MBBS London MRCP, MRCGP, DFFP (registered 1st August 1994)

    Trained at the Royal London Hospital Medical College, she offers the usual range of general medical services, child health surveillance, maternity and contraceptive services including subdermal implants. Special interest in rheumatology and women's health.

  • DR LAURA STANSFIELD

    BMBS Brighton and Sussex medical school 2009 (MRCGP, 2014), DRCOG, 2016

    Dr Stansfield Works Monday all day as our duty GP and Tuesday AM sessions as our Salaried GP Dr Stansfield trained at Brighton and Sussex medical school. She offers the usual range of general medical services, maternity and contraceptive services, gynaecology and child health surveillance. Dr Stansfield generally works each Monday and Tuesday.

  • DR TAHLIL RASHID

    GP Partner

    Dr Rashid became our 3rd GP Partner on 1 Feb 24 having worked in the Salaried role since May 23. He works Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and is our Care Home and Multi Disciplinary Team lead GP

Medical Students

This Spring 2025 we will be hosting Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), Medical Students (year levels 4 to 5) and a year 1 Physicians Associate student. The place placements ranging from 4 weeks to 4 months in duration supervised by our GP Partners. This is part of their medical career training before they eventually specialise and move to chosen career paths. This is similar across a range of GP Practices in Mid and South Essex.Patients will be asked if they are happy to have their consultation with the Medical Student present in the room. On some occasions, the Year 4/5 students will lead the consultation with assistance from the GP.

    Suzan works Wednesday to Fridays inclusive and is the Lead Practice Nurse.

  • SUE ROGERS

    Female

    Sue joined in September 23 as a new Practice Nurse and comes from a local Essex District Nursing background. Sue is taking an Anglia Ruskin University Foundation Course each Tuesday (Jan - Mar 2024) to fully enhance her skills and enable her to work in all areas of GP Nursing.

    Clinical Paramedic

    Josh is a Clinical Paramedic supporting us with clinical sessions aside from his main role in the E of E Ambulance Service. Recently qualified in prescribing he is a real asset to the clinical team and the Surgery. We aim to provide excellent care for all our patients. Paramedics are closely supervised by our GPs to ensure you receive the best and more timely care. This helps the team work together to meet your needs more efficiently and safely.

Physician Assistants

  • PRIYA SHARMA

    Female

    Priya started in September 23 and comes with 3 years extensive Physicians Associate experience and can offer a wide range of clinical services. She works each Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Physician Associates are trained to support doctors by seeing patients with less complex needs. They all complete a formal healthcare/medical degree course before graduating into their roles and they work under the supervision of our GPs.

Healthcare Assistants

    Male

    Gio joined in June 2024 as a Bio Chemical medical student on placement until August 2025. He offers a wide range of admin and low-level clinical services and supports the Surgery with clinical documentation as well as ECGs and other services.

  • LAUREN WILLIAMS

    Female

    Lauren works with us on Mondays and some Fridays in her health care assistant role. Lauren provides a wide range of healthcare cover supporting the GP and Clinical team. Her main base is Deal Tree Health Centre in Brentwood.

Practice Management

The Practice Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the Practice and for the overall performance and administration. He is responsible to the GP Partners for the safe, compliant and efficient running of the Practice. He is responsible for all complaints and significant events as well as HR, recruitment and staff training and development.

Reception

Our team of Care Navigators (formerly receptionists) manage the appointments system for doctors and nurses, answer questions, deal with telephone calls and repeat prescriptions. Staff are trained to help and direct you to the most appropriate service(s) and clinician to best meet your needs at the time, however, they all have a difficult job and your patience at all times would be appreciated. The team is managed by Jackie (Assistant to the Practice Manager and Care Navigator/Front Desk Team Lead) and consists of Ann-Marie, Nancy, Jackie M, Vanessa, Sara and Viki.

Clinical Pharmacists

  • NIKITA AGGARWAL

    Female

    Nikita is a full time Clinical Pharmacist and looks after medication reviews, medications management and works with patients to ensure their meds are working as required and helps the Clinical team with other areas such as flu vaccinations, pharmacy and other clinical interventions.
