  • DR SHEETAL BAILOOR

    GP Partner - MBBS London (2001), MRCP, MRCGP (Distinction), DRCOG, DFSRH

    Dr Bailoor trained at Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Schools of Medicine and is the Senior Partner at the GP Practice. Dr Bailoor offers the usual range of general medical services including family planning services, intrauterine contraceptive device insertions, gynaecology and child health surveillance.

  • DR SANTANA CHATTERJEE

    GP Partner - MBBS London MRCP, MRCGP, DFFP (registered 1st August 1994)

    Trained at the Royal London Hospital Medical College, she offers the usual range of general medical services, child health surveillance, maternity and contraceptive services including subdermal implants. Special interest in rheumatology and women's health.

  • DR LAURA STANSFIELD

    Salaried GP - BMBS Brighton and Sussex medical school 2009 (MRCGP, 2014), DRCOG, 2016

    Dr Stansfield Works Monday all day as our duty GP and Tuesday AM sessions as our Salaried GP Dr Stansfield trained at Brighton and Sussex medical school. She offers the usual range of general medical services, maternity and contraceptive services, gynaecology and child health surveillance. Dr Stansfield generally works each Monday and Tuesday.

  • DR TAHLIL RASHID

    GP Partner

    Dr Rashid became our 3rd GP Partner on 1 Feb 24 having worked in the Salaried role since May 23. He works Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and is our Care Home and Multi Disciplinary Team lead GP

GP and Medical Students

We are a NHS & ICB accredited GP Training Practice and from August 2025 we will be teaching junior foundation year Doctors as part of their career training. We also host Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) and UCL/ICL Medical Students (year levels 3 to 6) and Physicians Associate (PA) students. All trainees are supervised by our GP Trainers. .

    Suzan works Wednesday to Fridays and is the Lead Practice Nurse.and lead for Infection Prevention Control (IPC) and coordinating the delivery of the main core nursing work.

  • SUE ROGERS

    Female

    Practice Nurse Sue works Mondays, Tuesdays and Friday AMs and covers all areas of GP Nursing and child immunisations. She is the lead for Learning Difficulties and works in unison with our patients and Brentwood Primary Care Network allied health team in support of this..

    Clinical Paramedic

    Josh is a Clinical Paramedic and works with us and his main role in the E of E Ambulance Service. Paramedics are supervised by our GPs to ensure you receive the best and timely healthcare.

  • MICHELLE LEPLEY

    Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

    Michelle is our main Advanced Clinical Practitioner supporting the GPs, seeing a wide range of acute presenting patients and works on a range of other healthcare areas. Michelle works Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays and has gained a considerable depth of front line primary care experience from previous work in mid Essex.

    Adeola joined in June 2025 as a gap year placement student on placement until July 2026. She offers a wide range of clinical admin services and supports the Surgery with other projects and work.

  • LAUREN WILLIAMS

    Female

    Lauren works with us on Mondays and some Fridays in her health care assistant role. Lauren provides a wide range of healthcare cover supporting the GP and Clinical team. Her main base is Deal Tree Health Centre in Brentwood.

Practice Management

The Practice Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the Practice and for the overall performance and administration. He is responsible to the GP Partners for the safe, compliant and efficient running of the Practice. He is responsible for all complaints and significant events as well as HR, recruitment and staff training and development.

    External Reports Officer

    Jean coordinates the external requests from healthcare partners and 3rd party organisations for the varying types of medical record reports.

  • JACKIE COLE

    Assistant to Practice Manager

    Jackie support the PM with a wide range of work but is primarily responsible for the running of the Care Navigation team, their work and Jackie also is also responsible for the coordination of the GP and Clinical rota.

Reception

Our Care Navigator team (led by Jackie with Vanessa, Viki, Sara, Anne-Marie, Jackie and Nancy) manage patient access triaging, admin and repeat prescribing systems as well as incoming telephone calls and all other requests and queries. .They are trained to help and direct you to the most appropriate service(s) and clinician to support your needs. They have a full on and difficult front line patient facing role and your patience at all times would be appreciated.

Secretaries

Karen and Nancy are our Medical Secretaries, dealing with all the GP led patient referrals to secondary care hospitals and community diagnostic sites.

Clinical Pharmacists

Nikita is our Clinical Pharm and she works in surgery each Tues and Thur

  • NIKITA AGGARWAL

    Female

    Nikita is a full time Clinical Pharmacist and looks after medication reviews, medications management and works with patients to ensure their meds are working as required and helps the Clinical team with other areas such as flu vaccinations, pharmacy and other clinical interventions.
