Saturday morning appointments are all pre-bookable with the GP or nurse but are not available on the day. The surgery telephone line is open from 08:30. For urgent appointments, please telephone 111, alternatively, 01277 352 224 (calls will be diverted from the Surgery number to NHS 111, however, this option is not free of charge).

Chaperones

If you or your doctor feels it appropriate for a chaperone to attend your consultation, you may bring a relative or friend with you or we will arrange for a member of staff to be present.

Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations are an efficient method of dealing with a large range of queries and advice for patients. However, unless in an emergency, doctors and nurses are not normally interrupted during a consultation with another patient. If you wish to speak to a specific doctor or nurse, please give receptionist as much information as possible. The relevant doctor or nurse will endeavour to call you back, normally at the end of a surgery or before the start of a subsequent one.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
