Repeat Prescriptions

If you require a repeat prescription, please indicate clearly the items requested on the slip received with your last medication and forward it to the surgery. Requests can also be made in writing or by completing one of the forms available at reception. Requests may be taken or posted to the surgery.

Alternatively order a repeat prescription online via the link at the top of this page.

Please do not telephone the surgery for repeat prescriptions.

Please allow two working days (48 hours) for us to process your prescription and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

There may be a delay in dispensing your request if the medication needs to be ordered in by the Pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
